Here are some images I captured from The Keukenhof Garden in Holland. So beautiful and happy.

Today in Frankfurt, Germany "old town"
Today in Frankfurt, Germany "old town". It seems very few places survived the bombings during the WW's, however pilots used cathedrals as landmarks to navigate where to bomb, thereby leaving them untouched. I took these photos with a new Lumix mirror less camera. I used a filter from silver efx pro to bring in some more contrast and a vintage tint.
Last Day of the Frankfurt Show
Prolight+Sound last day was equally as productive today as the past few. I had a chance to see old friends and make some new ones while learning from great conversation. K-array always makes me feel special. I'm proud to use their incredible products. There are so many wonderful people in our industry, I am blessed to do what I love with the gifts that God gave me. Good things are coming. Congratulations to all the designers and the people who build for them, your efforts are sincere and your art timeless.
Musik Messe, Frankfurt continues...
Yesterday ended with a sensational dinner hosted by K-array in a local restaurant. Lindsey and I are always honored to be welcomed as part of the family. Today yielded many business meetings, special product orientation, future product development and interviews.
Prolight+Sound and MusikMesse in Frankfurt
Just flew into Frankfurt, Germany to the show. It's a beautiful spring day. Here are a few pictures highlighting the new Karray KH8/KS8 and some other fun stuff.

Designing at the MET
What an honor to create at the MET. L&M supplied sound, lighting & video design and service.
The Concert
Mary Chapin Carpenter, Joan Baez and friends with the NY Philharmonic. Here are some backstage photos.
Rehearsing with Mary Chapin Carpenter and Friends
Today was the first rehearsal for this weekend's NY Philharmonic show with MCC and friends, Joan Baez, Shawn Colvin, and more. We installed a full L-Acoustic audio system of Kara and Kiva, Midas and Avid consoles with Sennheiser mics. Shows are tomorrow and Saturday night. This week at the Phil I also had the pleasure of working on Sweeney Todd with Emma Thompson and Bryn Terful. That show opens next week. For more info go to the NYP website.

K-Array Video with Myself Making an Appearance-Florence, Italy
K-Array is a special manufacturer of loudspeakers from Italy. I have had the great pleasure to be an active part of their success and they have had a major role in the recent successes of L&M Sound & Light. Please watch the video.
Spring Fever
Today's weather is so beautiful, I can't wait for spring. Looking forward to Pier Village, Jersey shore and Yankee games. Here are some pictures from the Yankee game when Derek Jeter hit his 3000th.
Happy Valentines Day!
I believe Valentine's Day is one of those holidays that brings certain added pressure to most men based on (of course) a woman's expectations. Noticing time and again by eavesdropping on a conversation in a store or waiting on line, girls are complaining about what they received, didn't receive or sometimes logging complaints before the holiday occurs!
Well, I enjoy Valentine's day because it's a chance to appreciate a significant other person in your life, my girlfriend, sister, mom or daughter. My son ( I won't mention which one) is burdened though feeling he may fail before he even begins. My advice is take the time to care regardless of available time and money and if your significant other complains......well, it's a blessing...get outta dodge.
Here are some images that I have captured that bring a smile of love. A reminder of simple beauty.
NY Philharmonic & the MET Museum
I have had a busy two weeks at both these iconic institutions. The Chinese New Year Celebration with the NYP, the Lincoln Center Gala at Alice Tully Hall, the NYP School Days and YPC Concerts while finishing with the Costume Institute Press Conference at the MET Museum, which premiered a new video wall that I designed, built and put into L&M's inventory.
I still have to pinch myself because I can't believe that I am asked and trusted to be an integral part of these special events. I have always had the belief that each event is the most important day in someone's life and I am asked to join in the celebration, whether it's a camp's summer play or Paul McCartney. Please visit these 2 fabulous resources that we have in our area.
Chinese New Year: I used the Sennheiser 8000 mic on an active stand to capture her voice. I'm especially proud since I endorsed that microphone at its release

Little Shop Studios
I am fortunate to be in a business that allows me to design and execute many beautiful high profile events. I am continuously proud of my Staten Island community studio space which allows people to always express themselves. We host many types of events from art gallery exhibits, cultural dance groups, recitals, church worship and family celebrations. Last night was Savannah's Sweet 16. Savannah had a dream of what her party should be and it happened. What a great night! Happy Birthday.
Superbowl 2014 @ Little Shop Studios
We had such a great time this past Sunday watching the Super Bowl on L&M's new Barco HD panel video wall. Good food, family and friends got together for a last minute party to help us all relax and enjoy the game. The game, commercials, and halftime show all looked and sounded great. It's always the best party @ our studio. Special thanks Kelley, Maciej & Felipe.
Edgar Bronfman Memorial Event @ Lincoln Center
I had the privilege to create the audio design, provide the technology, and engineer the memorial service for Edgar Bronfman last evening. Edgar received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Bill Clinton in 1999.
Israeli President Shimon Peres joined Hillary Clinton with family to honor the longtime president of the World Jewish Congress.
I had the pleasure of meeting Edgar a few times and was proud to be a part of last night's tribute. His work was and continues to be an inspiration to me.
Photo for Today
I took this image yesterday for the purpose of remembering a hot day and a frozen drink. (No Photoshop). I blew out the light on purpose to create the halo of the person passing by. It was taken at the Live Aqua Resort in Cancun. Click on the image to go to post and click a second time to size to your device.
