I'm always amazed at the attention I immediately receive when I announce "pizza night" in the backyard. As often as I can, I make fresh dough, put the wood in the outdoor oven and hope it doesn't rain. If you knew me one might argue that being a chubby Italian, I just enjoy eating pizza, however the real reason is it is an excuse to keep my whole family together, enjoy each other's company and influence.
